What is Inner Child Work?

Inner child work helps you reconnect with the younger parts of yourself that still carry wounds, fears, or unmet needs—so you can heal them and finally feel lighter, safer, and more whole.

They both help you explore emotional wounds, patterns, and beliefs formed early in life and  encourage self-awareness and healing.

Inner Child Work uses guided visualization or light hypnosis to access the subconscious, where those core experiences are stored. It focuses on nurturing and validating your younger self. Traditional therapy may address your concerns, but inner child work goes deeper—it reconnects with the vulnerable, hurting parts to heal past trauma directly.

There’s no definitive way to prove the memories are historically accurate. What matters is the emotional truth and the healing that occurs. Many clients find the stories surprisingly detailed and meaningful.
